We deliver quality on-the-job training for your new and existing employees.
AiGTS’s Registered Training Organisation will assist your organisation by selecting programs to meet your training requirements from it’s varied scope of training packages. These courses meet the Australian Quality Framework.

Our RTO services includes:

• Skills Recognition
• Ongoing support, guidance and assessment strategies for all participants
• An Australian recognised qualification on successful completion.
• The employer or trainee will be required to pay for enrolment, training and materials.

Funding and Incentives
AiGTS is registered for State Funding in Victoria and New South Wales.

All new entrants who have commenced employment may be eligible for Government funding where cost of training is covered.

Australian Apprenticeships attract financial assistance from both Australian State and Territory Governments for eligible employers to help reduce the cost of training.  New entrant trainees (employed less than 3 months); training services are provided with funds that are made available by the Government of Victoria/NSW.  This does not include the cost for resources or Training Contribution/Enrolment Fees.

Our Trainers/Assessors
We pride ourselves on having industry qualified trainers. This means they have a wide experience of working with people like you in a variety of industries. They have been selected for their ability to relate well to participants and have a deep knowledge of the training package you are undertaking. They are also required by regulation to possess certain qualifications enabling them to undertake training and assessment. If you have particular needs outside their area of expertise, your trainer will arrange a training session or visit by another suitably experienced trainer.
