Ai Group implemented the first private Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia over 40 years ago. An RTO is a private provider of Nationally Recognised Training Qualifications. The Government monitors RTOs for quality, reliability, cost effectiveness, accessibility and student selection procedures.
What is on the job training? On the job training is training which occurs while working under the normal pressures and constraints of employment or a Training Agreement/Contract of Training (traineeships). On the job training must be directly related to achieving course outcomes.

- Develop a flexible training plan relevant to the company and trainee's needs
- Provide Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

- Issue an Australian Recognised Qualification on successful completion.
Access and equity: Every participant or trainee who meets the entry requirements (if applicable) as prescribed by the appropriate Training Package will be accepted into any training/assessment program.
