AiGTS recruits trainers/assessors with extensive industry experience and vocational qualifications required to deliver training and learning outcomes that meet the organisation's needs and legislative requirements alike. 
All trainers are skilled at gaining the trust and respect of participants, trainees and supervisors which is critical for the success of the program.
AiGTS trainers will work with your team to ensure the training schedule is flexible to meet the workplace demands. The schedule also takes into account whether training will need to be done one-to-one or in small groups.
