Policy Statement on the Equal Employment Opportunity and Anti Discrimination Program
The aim of the Equal Employment Opportunity Program is to ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are treated according to their skills, qualifications, abilities and aptitudes, without regard to factors such as their gender, race, colour orcreed.

The Directors and Management of the Company are strongly committed to the underlying principles of the program. The Director will be responsible for the overall co-ordination of the program and AiGTS staff will be responsible for the implementation and reporting of the program.
